Imagine a job more difficult that any that of any CEO, mayor or even the Pope. That's the role that Archbishop Sean O'Malley took nearly five years ago in Boston. Facing 1,000 lawsuits against the Archdiocese, annual deficits of over $24 million and a morale as low as it could be, O'Malley reluctantly accepted the position.
