There is perhaps no other word that is underappreciated in American culture than "simple". We often associate it with "piece of cake" or "no problem, I'm on it" and yet simple is exactly the word that our culture needs on so many levels.
Keep it simple.
Live simple.
Try out simple.
Now these are phrases that I can get into. (and yes, my grammar is intentionally incorrect!) Being simple is so difficult and yet yields so much fruit because it strips away the complications that mean very little and allows us to focus on what really matters.
