Overcoming Interruptions During the Day

My day is much like the track of mini-race cars at the amusement park- stop and go, stop and go.  Many interruptions and few dedicated blocks of time for "real" work.  The solution: less is moreLess items on the to-do list and more moments of focused reflection.  Less procrastination and more concentration

The catch of course in all of this is obvious: if I'm trying to get my work done, is it still possible to form camaraderie with my colleagues?
